Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Asisstan cloud-based business management platform (“Platform”, “Service”) developed and operated by Novpix (incorporated in Delaware, USA, EIN: 37-2213827).

Services and billing for users in Turkey are conducted through Mustafa Berber Sole Proprietorship (Rize Trade Registry).

By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Platform Owner: Novpix (Delaware, USA)
  • Turkey Representative: Mustafa Berber Sole Proprietorship
  • User: Any natural person who creates an account on the Platform
  • Business: A commercial business account created by the User on the Platform
  • Service: All software, tools, and functions provided through the Platform
  • Content: Any data uploaded, created, or processed by Users on the Platform
  • Subscription: The paid or free service plan selected by the User

2. Scope of Service

Asisstan is a cloud-based management platform for businesses, including but not limited to: CRM, invoicing, inventory management, financial reporting, HR management, appointment scheduling, e-commerce integrations, and AI-powered tools.

3. Contracting Parties

For users residing in Turkey, this Agreement is entered into between the user and Mustafa Berber Sole Proprietorship. The Platform is developed and operated by Novpix, which provides the technical infrastructure and software services.

4. Account Creation and Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account
  • Report unauthorized access immediately to legal@asisstan.com

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: violating applicable laws, compromising platform security, unauthorized access to other users’ data, distributing malware, reverse engineering, and creating accounts with false information.

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan
  • Invoices for Turkish users are issued by Mustafa Berber Sole Proprietorship
  • All fees are subject to applicable VAT
  • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe Inc. (USA)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for unused periods

7. Data Ownership

  • All business data you create on the Platform belongs to you
  • Neither Novpix nor Mustafa Berber Sole Proprietorship claims ownership over your data
  • Data export functionality is provided upon account closure

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, software, logos, trademarks, and all content are the intellectual property of Novpix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
  • Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
