The Asisstan platform is developed and operated by Novpix (incorporated in Delaware, USA, EIN: 37-2213827). Services and billing for users in Turkey are conducted through Mustafa Berber Sole Proprietorship (Rize Trade Registry).
This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Your data may be transferred to Novpix servers in the USA for service delivery. Transfers comply with KVKK Article 9 with adequate protection measures. Payment processing is handled by Stripe Inc. (USA).
5. Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to access, correct, delete your data, object to automated processing, and claim compensation. Contact legal@asisstan.com to exercise your rights. Applications are processed free of charge within 30 days.
